There are several studies looking into the differences between state-run and church-run schools in recruitment retention of their teachers. In Hungary, where teachers do not have to meet any special official requirements, education has seen a rapid expansion since 2011. The denominational Hungary faith-based government-dependent private schools. number both Catholic Protestant increased twofold, is still continuing. vast majority newest used be run by state were taken over extremely rapidly, along with all students, church. our present study, based on analysis survey “Teachers educational institutions” (2015–2017, N = 1134), we compare from Our results show that there only slight teachers’ values different schools, which implies value systems those highly similar. detected depend denominations operate but rather individual religious affiliation. most marked differences, however, been non-religious
